We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable your account and to enhance your online experience. We will not sell our database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.
We may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of our users, or others.
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. We offer Credit Card processing through SecurePay, a business of Australia Post. Credit Card payments are made directly through SecurePay’s secure payment gateway to insure your personal and credit card details are kept safe. Meal Orders placed and paid for (1) One week are for one (1) Menu only and do not roll over to the following week, unless stated by the Customer.
When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personal identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address, etc...) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and ccv).
We use this information for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Alpha Nutrition containing your order details (if you have provided the correct email address). All orders made on-line before our cut off will be delivered the following week.
All meals in Melbourne Metro area are delivered overnight between Sundays and Mondays, for a fee of $15.00. Please contact us via email if you are not sure if your suburb is in the area.
Gippslands, Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Ranges are delivered on Tuesdays during the day (7AM to 6PM).
Delivery addresses cannot be altered once an order has been placed.
You cannot alter your set delivery day and it must adhere to the company delivery schedule.
Alpha Nutrition cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.
Alpha Nutrition accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. Alpha Nutrition will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Alpha Nutrition will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify Alpha Nutrition if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within six (6) hours of delivery by email to email@example.com
Missing meal items will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a coupon code will be created to be used with the customer’s next order.
Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit.
Delivery Days & Cut Off Times:
Delivery for FitPacks and HealthPacks will be on Sunday nights for Melbourne Metro and Geelong, and on Tuesdays for Gippslands, Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Ranges.
These delivery schedules can be impacted by traffic, weather, or any event Alpha Nutrition can not be responsible for. As a general practice in the industry, deliveries made on the same day as scheduled can not be subject to refund if not precisely delivered during the time frame we aim for.
Cancellation Policy and Fees:
Due to the nature of our business Alpha Nutrition requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to order cut off mentioning your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by email only at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of a cancelation of a special offer or "pack", a fee of 8% of the purchase will be hold on the refund.
If a cancelation is made after receiving goods, (i.e: order made for 4 weeks but cancelled after 1st delivery), the refund will be processed minus the cost of the delivered products AT THEIR FULL PRICE.
While refunds may be processed within few days following the request, they might be delayed in case of a too short notice (less than 48 hours before our next Cut Off).
Refund & Returns Policy:
The Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error, and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact us within six (6) hours to organise a delivery pick-up of that order.
Failure to contact Alpha Nutrition within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.
Should a customer or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the kitchen.
Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our kitchen for two (2) days only and the Customer must make arrangements with Alpha Nutrition Team to pick up their order.
Customer orders not picked up within two (2) days of return will be disposed.
Alpha Nutrition will refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.
All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
Customers bear all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order to our kitchen
Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Alpha Nutrition will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer.
Alpha Nutrition will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Allergies & Pregnancy-related Issues: Alpha Nutrition strongly suggests that you consult your Doctor prior to consuming Alpha Nutrition.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to refer to the Nutritional Facts and Ingredients of each meal before purchase. While Alpha Nutrition takes all due care to keep allergy-prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present.
Alpha Nutrition accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming an Alpha Nutrition meal/product – this also applies to expecting mothers.
Promotional and Discount Vouchers: Purchased codes can be redeemed as per the voucher’s terms and conditions.
For promotional codes where the terms and conditions of use have not been adhered to, Alpha Nutrition will not give a refund and accepts no responsibility.
Alpha Nutrition uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, SMS, account information, and customer service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails, SMS order reminders, newsletters and offers. If at any time you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by unsubscribing or emailing us at email@example.com.
We will not collect your personal information for any third party agent/service providers not related directly to Alpha Nutrition.
Alpha Nutrition may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
Alpha Nutrition does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website. It is in these circumstances that information will be released.
